Abbeywood Furniture is a family run business in Mourneabbey, Co. Cork, owned and managed by Dónal and Maire Fitzpatrick. We have been creating beautiful fitted kitchens and handmade furniture for every room in the home for over 2 decades.  We specialize in solid wood and traditional hand painted fitted kitchens and furniture, along with modern and contemporary styles.  Our fitted kitchens and handmade furniture are manufactured in our workshop in Mourneabbey by a team of dedicated and skilled cabinet makers combining traditional methods of cabinetry creating beautiful kitchens and furniture. We do not have a range of fitted kitchens as each one is individually designed to meet our customer’s needs. If you would like to visit our showroom and meet with Donal to discuss your idea, please ring to make an appointment so that we can dedicate sufficient time to you. You will need a house plan or room plan with dimensions, the floor plan is ideal as it identifies adjoining rooms and their relationship with the kitchen. During this 1st visit we will discuss your needs, wants, desires, options and budget for the project. A follow up appointment will be made for initial design presentations and costings.  Once your kitchen is commissioned we work very closely with you to finalize materials, i.e. wood species or paint colour, fittings, handles, worktops, glass, electrical appliances, sinks and taps.  We pride ourselves on our service and our aim is to have total customer satisfaction.
