Mallow Chamber of Commerce organized the “Business Watch and ProPrivacy Breakfast information meeting” on Friday 12th April 2019.
Garda John Fitzgerald, who is our community Garda spokesperson on Business Watch and Sgt John Kelly Crime prevention gave us a detailed talk on the requirements on setting up a business watch programme in Mallow. Philipa Jane Farley from ProPrivacy gave us a snapshot of the current data protection landscape and an update on the development of cyber security governance in Ireland.
North Cork Business Alliance gave us a brief outline of what they do and the benefits of their organisation.
