About MAllow Chamber
Mallow Chamber of Commerce was established as a support system for local business in our area.
Since the founding of the Chamber many businesses have joined and benefited from the support offered by the organization and its members. We encourage all businesses, from sole traders to larger visible business, in the district to join and become a member of this community.
We have up to 15 Directors who give of their time on a voluntary basis including the President of the Chamber.
Whatever your stage of development, the Chamber can assist you to grow your business. It is our objective to provide your business with the necessary information to assist you to grow, promote and develop your business locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
Our membership is diverse and varied from architects, opticians, hairdressers, security, food experts, medical, cleaning companies and garages to name just a few. Our business directory can be viewed for more detail and contact information.
Businesses may have a large number of employees with visible premises or family owned or a sole entrepreneur working from home thus less visible to the local community. For this reason, we want to promote the integration of all entrepreneurs in the area to benefit each other while bringing all the businesses of Mallow together as a unit for all residents to know what a varied business network we have locally while supporting local employment and our town.
We hold our Directors meeting monthly, where topics brought to our attention during the month are discussed and agreed upon.
We work closely with our local County Council and various organisations e.g., Mallow Tidy Towns, Mallow Development Partnership, Mallow Heritage, Arts Alliance etc. We are always looking for new Directors to give of their time, just one hour a month to their town. We would like you to come along and see how much we can support you and your business – while getting to know other businesses in the area that can not only provide back–up to you but also marketing and possibly compliment your business.
